Robert G. Smith Walk & New to 2021, a 5K Run

Come out on Saturday, September 18, 2021, and help us raise much needed funds for the Parkinson Association of Northern California (PANC), an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with Parkinson's, their families and care partners throughout our local region.

The Lions and PANC have joined forces to raise funds to support the many people in our community dealing with Parkinson's disease each day. Along with raising awareness and funds for PANC, there will be a Health Fair, Sponsor Booths, Entertainment and for participants a prize drawing and lunch.

Please help us make this event a success by participating in any way possible. You can form a team, participate as a family, walk as an individual, participate in the 5K run, make a donation, or become a sponsor. By supporting this event you will make a major impact on the Parkinson's community in Northern California.

Form Downloads

COP Walk & 5K Run Registration

Online:$30 per person before 9/17/2021, $40 afterwards.
US Mail:$30 per person with check and form, mailed by 9/10/2021,
                  after this date register at the event (see below)          
At Event:$40 per person day of event using cash, check or credit card.
                  Please download registration form, fill out and bring with you.

2021 COP Walk Patch Offer

This beautiful patch & rocker can be yours:
Make a donation of $100 or more.
Register as individual with donation for total amount of $100 or more.       
Register as a family or group with total amount of $100 or more.
Patches awarded per person, anyone totaling $100 or more is eligible.  

Donations & Pledges

Donations can be made online using a credit card.
Donations are accepted at the event using cash, check or credit card.   
Donations can be mailed in with a filled in donation form and a check.     
Pledge online to any person or team if they are already registered.
Pledge at the event using downloaded and filled in pledge form.
